Lateness: Blooming Preschool Nursery runs from stated session times only. The first 5 minutes of lateness will be free providing you ring to let us know. After this a £10 charge applies, increasing to £15.00 after 10 minutes and £25 after 25 minutes.
Children's belongings: Blooming Preschool Nursery is not responsible for any items. Please clearly label your child's belongings. Children are not allowed to wear any jewellery.
Safety: Children will only be released to parents or guardians. If you require someone else to collect your child, please supply full details in writing and a photograph.
Data protection: Blooming Preschool Nursery will hold all information on children up until 3 years after they've left. We reserve the right to give your child's information to necessary agencies if we believe your child is at harm or any form of risk.
Payment of fees: Fees are due 1 month in advance. A non-refundable registration fee of £50.00 per child is required. Fees will be charged for all pre-booked sessions. Any payments not received by the 31st of each month will result in a charge of £25 per day.
Sickness/non-attendance: If your child cannot attend, please telephone by 9:00am. Refunds will not be given for non-attendance due to illness or holidays. No child may attend nursery during the first 24 hours after an initial dose of antibiotics.
Meals: Children are required to bring their own packed lunch. Consumables are charged to all parents.
Summertime: The nursery is closed during the six weeks holidays and half term holidays as it is a term time only nursery.
Equal Opportunities: Blooming Preschool Nursery reserves the right to terminate your child's place without prior notice for racial discrimination, intimidating or aggressive behaviour, use of foul language, or unruly behaviour shown to any member of staff, visitor, child or parent.
